2. Nature of the Platform

Project Epizo is an open-source ecosystem focused on offline-first infrastructure, software tools, community governance, and future blockchain integrations. Certain features may still be in development, experimental, or unavailable in your region.

3. No Financial Advice

Any references to tokens, governance systems, rewards, revenue sharing, staking, or digital assets are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the platform lawfully, ethically, and responsibly. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, exploit vulnerabilities, impersonate others, or engage in harmful or fraudulent behavior.

5. Wallets & Blockchain Features

Future wallet connections, token verification, governance voting, and smart contract interactions may require third-party wallets or blockchain networks. You are solely responsible for wallet security, private keys, gas fees, and transaction risks.

6. Open Source Software

Certain Epizo components may be distributed under open-source licenses. Use of those components may also be governed by their respective license terms in addition to these Terms of Service.

7. No Guarantee of Availability

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any part of the platform at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, or permanent availability of any service or feature.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, visual assets, and proprietary content associated with Project Epizo remain the property of their respective owners unless otherwise stated. Open-source code remains subject to its applicable license.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Epizo and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, technical, or data-related damages arising from use of the platform.

10. User Generated Content

If you submit feedback, ideas, proposals, messages, or content, you grant the project a non-exclusive right to use, improve, reproduce, and adapt such submissions for ecosystem development unless otherwise agreed.

11. Privacy

Use of the platform may also be governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it separately to understand how data may be handled.
